Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard international shipping normally takes 10–25 business days to arrive, depending on destination country, customs clearance and local logistics conditions. Delivery time is an estimated timeframe and cannot be fully guaranteed due to unexpected customs delays or transportation disruptions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions; terms will be shown clearly on our website.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties or brokerage fees charged by your local government upon arrival. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your region cannot be selected at checkout, we currently cannot deliver to that location.

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.

Undeliverable Packages

If parcels are returned to us due to failed delivery, refused receipt or invalid address, customers will bear the return shipping cost. We can reship the item after additional freight payment, or process a partial refund excluding original shipping cost.
